Shipping policy

Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation. Our in store inventory is limited. If the piece you ordered is in stock it will be shipped within 2-3 days. If it's not in stock, it will be individually made and requires a 3-6 week shipping window. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery and we will try  to accommodate your requests if it’s in our ability.

In store pick up for online orders with no shipping fee is available within our working hours.

Please wait upon an email confirmation that your order is ready for pick up.

Orders may be picked up from Ruby Star store located on frankfurter 4 Petach Tikva.

International orders have a flat rate of  150 NIS on all orders and are shipped via fedex express shipping with door-to-door service, and a tracking code. 

Shipping may take up to 7 business days on in stock ready to ship items and between 2-4 weeks on made to order pieces.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.
